Lake County -- Note attached to cassette: "According to: Mae Ryan (widow of Leo E. Ryan, who died May 24, 1983) this film was made by Bert C. Gray, Leadville photographer (108 E. 6th St.) probably in 1914. Mr. Gray was married to Annie Allen, a cousin of Leo Ryan. Mrs. Ryan says that the Smithsonian Institution made the present transfer to safety film from the original which was on a highly combustible base. Mrs. Ryan also has a copy of this fillm. (Only 2 copies were made.) Mrs. Ryan's address as of 5/24/85 is: 7300 W. Broadview Drive, Lakewood, CO 80215."
